Ingredients -
- 2 cups – Roop Laxmi Atta
- ½ cup – Ghee
- ½ cup – Dry Fruits (chopped)
- 1 tsp – Cardamom Powder
- 1 cup – Sugar (powdered) or Jaggery (grated)
Cooking Directions -

In a Kadahi, melt the ghee and add the Atta. Stir-fry over low heat. It takes about 30 minutes for the flour to get cooked through and it gets a pasty look when done.

The color should be a light brown. Shut off the heat and leave the mixture to cool completely.

Add the sugar/jaggery, cardamom, and rub till blended thoroughly.

Now add dry fruits mix well.little, cut into squares and keep in a serving bowl/plate.

Take 1 - 2 tbsp mixture and make it round by pressing hard with hands at each level and prepare all the Atta Laddu in the same way.

Now Laddu is ready. Serve laddus.

These Laddus can be stored for almost 5-7 weeks in an air tight jar.
